The reservation must be confirmed as described below:

• By sending your credit card details to guarantee the reservation. Nothing will be charged to the credit card before check-out. The sending of the card data constitutes prior authorization to debit. In case of timely cancellation, in terms of cancellation below, nothing will be charged to the credit card. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card and to reserve the amount due at any time after booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy to be considered valid only for reservations guaranteed by credit card. The reservation can be canceled / modified as follows:

BOOKING FOR STANDARD RATES

• Up to 7 days before arrival = no amount will be charged
• For late cancellations = 25% of the ENTIRE STAY will be charged
• Cancellation / non-presentation – No Show on the day of arrival = the ENTIRE STAY will be charged

NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING

Non refundable reservations may be charged for the full amount at any time after the booking confirmation.

In case of late cancellation / modification or early departure, the customer is required to pay the agreed amount.

SERVICES

• Check-in: the room will be available from 1:00 pm
• Check-out: it is necessary to leave the room free at 10:30am

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is EUR 3 per person per night. Tourist tax does not apply to children under 10 years old. The tourist tax is not included in the total and will be paid directly into the structure.
